e2e Communications, Inc. ("e2e") and Contractor hereby agree to abide by the pricing and additional terms and conditions set forth in this Pricing Schedule as follows:

1. FEES AND CHARGES:

1. Hourly Rate:

   • *Standard Labor   $ .00
   • *Overtime Labor   $ .00
   • All hourly rates will be prorated and billed in increments of fifteen (15) minutes after the first hour, except travel. Travel is paid in 15 minute increments over 15 miles.
   
   
2. Travel Charges:
   • No travel charges paid within 15 miles.  *$ /hr. paid over 15 miles.
     
   • Travel is paid ONE WAY only unless approved in writing in advance.
   
   
3. Materials: All materials shall be billed at cost plus 10%.

2. OVERTIME: Overtime rates shall apply only on weekdays, other than during Standard Business Hours, and on weekends and Holidays. For the purposes of this Pricing Schedule, "Standard Business Hours" shall mean Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time and "Holidays" shall mean New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
3. INVOICES: Contractor agrees to invoice e2e at the above rates only. All invoiced fees and charges shall have been stated on this Pricing Schedule or agreed to by e2e in advance and in writing. Except for any tax or charge required to be collected by any governmental authority as authorized by law, Contractor understands and acknowledges that e2e shall not be required to pay any invoice amount that was not stated on this Pricing Schedule or agreed to by e2e in advance and in writing.
4. CHANGES: Any change to this Pricing Schedule shall not apply unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.

This Pricing Schedule is not effective until signed by both parties below.

Contractor understands and agrees that it must comply with this Pricing Schedule. The person signing this document has power and authority to bind Contractor to these terms and conditions.

Accepted and agreed to by e2e Communications, Inc.:

All fees and charges should be clearly stated on this Pricing Schedule. If there is a specific rate for emergencies, Contractor should clearly state this. e2e does not pay more than a one-hour minimum on Jobs.

All travel charges are one-way. e2e does not agree to pay round-trip travel charges. Unless otherwise stated all travel charges are assumed to be one time charges and not an hourly rate. Hourly travel charges in excess of one hour must be approved by e2e for each Job in writing prior to dispatch or at the time of Job acceptance.

e2e will not be responsible for paying any other fee or charge that is not expressly stated on this Pricing Schedule or that is not approved by e2e for each Job in writing prior to dispatch or at the time of Job acceptance.
