Trouble Using this Site? Here are some pointers that may help.

Using Product Search:

Having difficulty finding what you want? Whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, we can help.

Visit our SEARCH page and enter a few descriptive words in the "Search For" box at the top of the page. You can search within a specific collection or category by using the Category drop-down menu within the Search box — or leave the “All Categories” option to search through all products.

You can enter one or more keywords using any combination of product brand name, product name, type of product, color or item number. The more keywords you enter, the narrower your search results will be. Here are a few examples:
• Entering “cable” finds all cables and cable related items.
• Entering “patch cables” finds patch cables only, but all types.
• Entering “CAT 6 patch cables ” finds patch cables for CAT 6 only.

You can also view products by product line or category from our products page or the quick links to the right.

 

Adding Items to Your Cart:

To order an item, simply enter any needed color and size information for your selection and click the grey “Add to Cart” button. Use the left navigation bar or click “Continue Shopping” to add more items.

You can view the items in your Cart any time by clicking the Cart button on the top right or bottom of any page. There is also a mini cart on the right column for easy viewing. Items stored in your Cart should appear on any computer, as long as you’re signed in to your e2eComm.com account with your e-mail address and password.

If the "Add to Cart" button is missing from your page:

This means the item isn't available.  When we’re confident the item will be available again, we’ll enable the button and you can add it to your Cart.

If Your Cart is Empty and you've added an item to it:

Make sure to sign in before adding any items to your Cart. Any items added before signing in will not be tied to your account, and will disappear once you log in.

If signing in doesn't help, check your Internet browser's "Option" or "Preferences" link to be sure it's cookie-enabled. Cookies make the Cart work.

 

Checkout:

Once you’ve added items to your Cart, you can check out at any time by clicking the checkout button on the top navigation bar or by clicking the "Checkout Now" button at the top of any product page or from the minicart. This will take you to your cart.

Review Cart Contents:

Take a moment to review what’s in your cart. (Your Cart may contain items from previous visits, since items remain in your Cart for 30 days.) Verify items, quantities, colors and product information.

To Change Quantities or Remove Items:

To change quantities, enter the desired quantity and click the "Update Totals" button. Your cart will update in a few seconds.

To remove an incorrect or unwanted item, check it's select box (on the right) and click the delete button. Your cart will update in a few seconds.

Complete Checkout:

Once you're confident the cart contents are accurate, click the "Checkout Now" button at the bottom. This will take you to the screen to enter or verify your customer and shipping details.

You will be asked to verify your purchase details and be taken to the secure online payment provider of your choice (PayPal or Authorize.net) to complete the checkout process with your credit card details.
